As all of our doors are made to order to your unique specifications, unfortunately Secure Doors Direct are unable to accept returns for any of our products unless they are found to be faulty or damaged at the time of delivery.
All deliveries should be checked for damage upon receipt and faults reported at the time of delivery. Damaged or faulty products may be replaced by Secure Doors Direct where the above procedure has been correctly followed. However, the customer may be liable for the cost of repair or replacement when later reporting damage that was not noted at the time of delivery.
Returns for products where the structural opening has been incorrectly measured will not be accepted. Similarly one production has started, we are not able to consider refunds or returns on orders where the Customer has changed their mind on features or have selected options in error.
